Whether you stay for a day or a year, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.
Guests who intend to stay longer than 30 days must complete and return the application available below to the office or by email to info@dsresort.com. Please also provide copies of state issued ID cards for all adults and a copy of the DMV registration for your RV. All long-term residents are subject to a background check and must sign a lease agreement under Arizona state law. Background checks take 24-48+ hours and must be completed before a stay of 30 days or more. All nights prior to completion of the background check and signing of a site lease agreement will be charged at the daily rate in effect at the time.
